Paracetamol during medical abortion
I am having medical abortion and had taken Misoprostol three days ago. I didn't took any painkiller till now but the pain is intense so I want to have it. I have heart problem so I avoid Ibuprofen. Will paracetamol cause any problem during abortion as it's already been three days since I started bleeding. Can I take paracetamol safely now?
