Pregnancy and Infertility

My hcg was 1100 on Saturday.did ultrasound today but no sac was found.I am very scared.what could be the reason.in ultrasound it showed no evidence of intra/extra uterine sac.what does it mean.it means even ectopic is not there?

Corectia m , cor 3 , productive f . She is ometing and having fever after getting these tablets . I want to know what is function of these tablets. Ometing and fever are normal signs

I had medical abortion 4 days ago. The bleeding initially was very heavy than periods that I had to change pads every 2 hrs. Slowly the bleeding decreased till today where I had to change it every 4 hrs. The bleeding was still heavier than my first day of periods but suddenly after few hrs, the bleeding slowed down and it has nearly stopped. The pain I had on starting on abortion was very intense than periods pain. The pain decreased a bit on second day but it again increased as it was on starting. The pain is still intense than my periods pain but the bleeding is very light as if it has stopped. What should I do now and what happened?

Dear doctor, I am currently taking Yasmin pill I am Also new to these pills I'm on 9the pill. I feel more tired and fever and hip pain. Please suggest which effective and with less side effect Yasmin or femilon.

It's been 21 days now I am having spotting. I am still taking the pill as prescribed by my doctor. My last period was on 29th june and during that cycle i missed two pills after this spotting has been started from 16th July onwards. My question is should I continue take pill after 21 days? Or wait for the period to begin.

I took unwanted 72 on 22nd of July and after 10 days that is on August 1  had very light spotting which was brown in colour and after the blood became bright red and heavy with clots .What does it mean blood with clots is implantation bleeding or my periods or side effect of unwanted 72 ?
