After medical abortion with minimal rpoc near fundus I have been continuously spotting till fourth week now I have given pause tablet still am bleeding now I feel like I got my period and am using pause tablet which is not appropriate whether to stop having pause tablet or continue it now am taking third day dose of pause.

Hi I have pcod and my weight is 35kgs age 24 my periods are not regular. I had consulted doctor and took medication dhupaston.normoz for 3months then also it didn't regularised. At present my LMP was on may 13still now I didn't got period on July 18 I had consulted doctor so that she did a scan in that scan it was minimal free fluid in POD she said that this time there may be chance to get conceive or period will come.i did UPT it is negative. I noticed a drop of light brown spotting yesterday morning again it is normal there is no spotting and all.please advice whether it leads to pregnent or period?
