My doctor has prescribed me tab Yamini as a method of contraception and it is working well with me. But yesterday I forgot to take the pill and hence missed a dose which I recollected just now. What should I do?

When wil be fetal pole and cardiac activ
I had my 5 week 3 day scan..in which there is presence of gestational sac which measures 10.8mm and yolk sac .but there is no evidence of fetal pole and cardiac activity. Is it normal??or anything to worry?
