HSG normal. Please suggest something.

Hello Doctors, I have mild pcod with regular cycles ranging from 30-35 days. Dr. Advised HSG prior to any further treatment. HSG report says: Uterus outlined normally. Both Tubes outlined normally ( peritoneal Spill positive) Bilateral tubal patency positive. She said everything is fine Now I'm in a different city due to transfer and the new gynaec is insisting for laproscopy to check uterus and tubes before any further treatment. She's also saying that I won't be able to conceive naturally as I'm 31 and have mild pcod. My hormones are in range too but cycles are between 30-35. I don't feel the need of Laproscopy as I haven't even tried for 6 months regularly for a baby and I already had HSG done.( Report attached) Please suggest something.
