Hsg is a test used to diagnose tubal patancey.
It can remove minor , filmy adhesions so can improve fertility chanses. As such no direction connection of hsg and fertility

HSG is primarily used to check if the fallopian tubes are open. If there were minor blocks in the tube it might open with a HSG and that might improve the fertility if the block was the only reason of infertility.
If that is normal then there could be other causes of infertility like male factor or problems in egg release etc.
It is better to get evaluated and seek treatment earlier, as with increasing age, the chances of getting pregnant reduces.

HSG is to see the tubes and any blockage, obstruction and patency . If there's any block, during HSG, it can be removed so yes chances can be improved

The purpose of this test is to check if the tubes are open or closed
Per se it does not improve fertility chances
But yes if the tubes are blocked and they are opened during the course of this procedure you should be able to conceive
Inability to conceive at age 35 requires detailed evaluation especially ovarian function

Yes may be if fallopian tubes are blocked by mucous plugs then by hsg these plugs can get dislodged and pregnancy can happen eventually.
