Hsg test validity
Hello doctor,
How often can the HSG test be done? I had one HSG test in sept 2021 and the reports were normal without any tubal blockages. I am diagnosed with PCOD and trying to conceive. I am under Metital, letrozole cycle. How long a HSG test is valid? Is there any need to go for another HSG?

HSG is always valid till a new event occurs (like an operation or an infection or injury to the pelvic region).
In cases of prolonged infertility the patient may get fed up and ask for a repeat HSG.
