Hi doc help me
Hi doc today i went hsg test Result came like Uterus is normal in shape and outline No evidence of bicornuate/ septate / arcuate uterus Both fallopian tubes not clearly visualised, however free peritoneal contrast noted No evidence of hydrosalpinx What this report mean and do i need any surgery ?!  Or can i be treated by medications? i dont want to go with surgery ... actually my radiologist told me not that much issue wth report ... i just want to recover with some medicines can i doc?

Difficult to comment without seeing the image but if free peritoneal contrast is seen, then probably both your tubes are patent.
