HSG Test Result
I came to know sometime due to pain during HSG procedure, false blocked tube result might come due to spasm. It means is this HSG test reliable ? Can we fully trust on HSG test result report due to this spasm?

No this is not a reliable or 100% confirmitory test
yes pain can lead to tubal spasm
You can go for a test called hysterolaparoscopy
