I have pcos, I am started with excercise and diet . Any medication Ayurvedic. I want to get ride of this problem

I am having light bleeding from 16th July and now it has turned into spotting. I am taking novelon tablets from last two months and my last period was on 29th june and during that cycle i missed two pills, after this problem has arisen. Is there anything to worry? Should I continue taking novelon tablets as prescribed by my doctor? Please help

I am suffering from heavy bleeding from last 3 months it almost 13 to 14 days per month once its started then doctor described me crina ncr 10 mg 2 tablets thrice a day then again next month same problem occurred sonography shows pcos/pcod and fibroids in uterus but having this problem from 3 months Is crina ncr is safe for me and i am bot getting the permanent solution of this problem

Did hcg on 36the day of my missed menses.hcg was 36.then on 38the day it was 39.today did again.44the day.its 590 now.is it good or bad.my doctor was not expecting it would rise.
