Is it important to have upt in early morning with first urine or we can do dat in d evening or afternoon?

My usual date is 26th but it's been delayed 5 days now. Experienced a spotting and minute lower back pain yesterday but nothing has happened today. Usually, my periods get delayed by 5-10 days max. What can be the reason for this?

Hye, is have taken contraceptive medicine on 24 jul. And today is my 8th day of period and having very light flow. Generally, I have 5 days of period cycle and on 5th day, I have very light flow. In report there is a line OVARIES ARE HIGH what does this mean.. ovaiues are high means any prblm or is this okay?
