If I take either duphaston 10mg for 5 days or Deviry 10mg for 5 days, then for which medicine I will get period soon? Or in both the medicine once we stop, duration after which I will get the period is same?

My cousin is consuming cycloset syrup from the last 4 years as she had irregular periods. But after taking it, she had regular periods. Is it safe to consume that much?
