Can Harmonal tests like fsh,lh,prolactin,testosterone,progesterone be done on any day or it should be done only during menses??

Past 5 days I am having whitish and brownish discharge. Sometimes on and off. From 31st to 33rd day I had whitish discharge with a dot of brown discharge in very lesser amount but in last two days I am having brown discharge that too again in lesser amount only. Still now no periods. What might the cause be??? Is this any medical condition??? Or is there any chance of me being pregnent but I feel no symptom of pregnency...

Multiple fibroids in uterus are there.Last year myomectomy has been done.Usg still shows multiple fibroids with endometriotic cyst.Tubular right adnexal cystic area likely to be Hydrosalpinx. I went to doctor and found my endometrium is 10.3mm and doctor gave me Dronis 30 and Ovign D3. After taking ovign D3 with in 2 hours I start to bleed and stop after few hours. Is it due to this Ovign tablet or somewhere issue.
