Pregnancy and Infertility

Are there any chances of normal delivery when the AFI is 3. Doctors are suggesting for operation. Other things are normal in ultrasound report. Jaundice medication is also being done and the weight is around 3 kg. Should I go for operation, expected date of delivery in ultrasound is 20.03.2024

I have taken diane last cycle for follicular cysts and finished 21 day pills before 4 days. Today i got brown discharge and just spotting from mrg but no bleeding and no cramps. I see there is no period flow I am worried abut period flow now. Is it becoz of pills i am having like this? Also i need to take 21 pills in this cycle as well. Pls tell me from which day i should start? Also help on my period flow

I got my last periods on 19 jan . After this No periods on feb . This is first case of irregularity . After consulting family doctor I started taking meparate 10 mg twice a day from 27 feb to 2 march . I did upt on 27 feb . It was negative . After that only I started meparate . Even on 3rd march also I did upt again to reconfirm . It was negative . Till today i.e 8 th march I didnt get my periods . I need to know whether I need to do beta hcg test also . I am 37 year old female . I have 2 year old daughter .

I tested CA 125 twice. First test value was 99. Since this was during periods I repeated the test after 13 days and CA 125 is 57.5. Is this something to worry about? what should i do?

How soon after quitting the birth control will my period return to normal ? Because today it got 1 day delayed. And I'm worried that what if it takes 2 months time or so. Also how will be the symptoms of my natural periods once it restarts on its own without birth controls?

Expected date of delivery is 20.03.2024 But the AFI is 3.  Should I go for the operation now or wait for the date?? The AFI is continuously decreasing over the last month from 9 it has came to 3 despite the medication and regular water intake. Please suggest.

I have taken my dose of meparate 10 mg twice a day for 5 days . Its my 6th day of stopping the dose , still there is no sign of periods . Last period was on 19 jan . Feb no period . I M very tense .

I was given ocps for treating for follicular cyst for about 3 months course. But after completing it I didn't get period on the same date like after 29 days like last time. So I'm confused and want to know that whether the cycle gets changed as it was before I took ocps for the first time? Or will my cycle be the same even if I took ocps?
