Intramural myoma in fundus
My mother has intramural myoma of 10mmx5mm in fundus. Is this big in size? Does this require surgery? The gynaecologist I'm consulting has prescribed medicines for the same and suggested that surgery is not required. Secondly, the Urine routine test had earlier showed traces of protein (10mg/dL ) initially. Is this sign of problems in Kidney?

No one centimetre is a very small size She does not require surgery at this size Protein in urine could be because of high blood pressure and yes a renal disease You need investigations to find out the reason
