Intramural Fibroid
Hello Doctor, I have a intramural Fibroid measuring 96*65mm, arising from the anterior wall myometrium of uterus protruding outside the contour of the uterus. I am also planning for pregnancy. Do i need to remove this fibroid through myomectomy. or can I just plan for pregnancy. is there any risk in having fibroid with this size and conceiving. Thank you in advance. Jyothsna
