Hi doctor, I'm a lactating mother of a 3 month old baby. I'm taking Absolut Woman Multivitamin tablet after lunch. I observed that I feel tired after taking it. Is it safe during lactation ? Experiencing irregular periods for the past month, I'm a virgin. Last I had my period on January 9 and after that not. I had this issue in 2022, the whole year I Missed my periods accordingly so I lost weight then weighed around 81kg, I lost some 17kg and weighed 64kg on May 23 and then again I gained weight. Currently, I weigh 76kg and I'm experiencing irregular periods. This whole thing started in 2020 and because of irregular periods, I gained weight very much and very fast. After losing weight for a whole my periods were regular but they started getting irregular again. I need your guidance and help.
