Pregnancy and Infertility

Hi, I am trying to get conceive since from 2022.. during the visit to Gynic doctor initially gave medicine to get ovulate and tried for 6 months for natural consumption but then later she asked me to go for HSG test where found both tube blockage and later right tube got delayed spillage on Sept-2023, after that she has been told me that if left side egg release then will go for natural try and if right side egg release then will go for IUI. Oct and Nov-2023 I got egg from left side and then jan-2024 month I got egg from right side so got one IUI done but didn't get positive result.. next Feb-2024 during Follicular scan she said that some cyst has got formed so usually this cycle ovulation will not happen, then she said some eggs counts are showing very less so go for AHM test and now my AHM level is 0.250 ng/ml and she suggested to go for IVF with donor egg due to my AHM low and my age is 37 Can I try for ayurveda fertility medicine for some months and wait, please suggest

On day 14 ny ET is 8.4 n jave two follicle one on the right and one on the left. Both have matured it seems. Doctor suggested iui , on day 15th morning she will be giving hcg 10000 , will i lt get  succeed . Pls dont ask come for personal consultation etc. Thank you Hoping for a positive feedback

Hi My wife age 29 and married for 2 years. We are trying to concieve and my wife diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis RO Endo 3 cm and LO endo 2cm. We have first done IVF and frozen 4 embryo of Excellent grade in May 2023 and proceeded with endometriosis clearance - laparoscopy in September 2023. We have found that both tubed are patent and we tried 1 natural cycle and 2 failed IUI. We are now planning to go for embryo transfer but AMH level is 1.72 on March 2024 and before surgey it was 5.61 on April 2023. Please let's now if AMH will bit increase in future or what would be ovarian reserves for future and what are chances of natural conception in future ? Can we still use her own eggs ?

Hi i can see sometìmes my girl 6 yr old is having sometimes wet panties or color changes in panties. i have a fear whearther she will attend pubrity this early. note she is obesed. 6 year old 32 kg -height is 125cm.. please give reply is this normal if it abbormal what need to be done. healr breast is still not grown.

I have started taking krimson 35 for pcos and have already been taking obsikon CR-12.5 mg for anxiety. So is it okay to continue taking these 2 medications together? Do they react?
