I got miscarriage due to baby growth is not good can i get medical certificate for 1 week leave in my office... can anyone help me pls

I have a normal menstrual cycle of 24 days. I have heavy bleeding on 1st day and moderate on 2nd day. 3rd and 4th day I dont have any bleeding or very little spotting only. Then, on day 5 , I have spotting or sometimes light bleeding. This has been happening for almost a year now during every cycle. My ultrasound for stomach pelvic is absolutely normal, which I got done 3 weeks back as part of a general checkup. Pls suggest if this kind of bleeding/spotting is normal on the 5th day.

After how many days of taking unwanted 72 periods will come and what is difference between period and withdrawal bleeding. Please guide

I am 29 year old, weigh 73 kg, have been having a pimple on my labia minora since 10 days. I haven't tried popping it as I'm worried it may worsen. It itches sometimes. I had one last month on my labia majora which went away on its own in 2 weeks. Should I let it be as it is ?
