During HSG test, if it shows tube blockage due to Spasm, then will that Spasm contraction will become normal automatically after sometime of HSG test? Or to open that Spasm(which was formed due to injecting dye in test) we have to go for Laparoscopy?

After blood came through urine, tested urine having bacterial amount 1932. From Ultrasound scan, found PCOD in left ovary and endometriotic cyst in right ovary. Then done MRI, attached report. Consulted doctor and prescribed medicine for 3 months. Is there any serious issues? Please help as second opinion.

Today i had ultrasound and in the report i got BILATERAL MULTICYSTIC OVARIES. In the OVARIES section it is written as it is normal in size and echotexture show multiple sub cm cyst (<1cm).Both adenexa appears normal, No free fluid seen in pouch of douglus. I want to ask is it okay or is it dangerous in any way I'm scared please explain about this issue. THANK YOU.

I had an issue of prolonged periods after MTP. So my gynecologist suggested me Ovuloc tab for 3 months. I completed my first course of tablets and got my periods after 5days. Which was on 1st of March. Today is 10th day of my periods. I forgot to start the 2nd course on 5th day of my periods. Can I start it from today?
