What that mass can be and is it cancerous??

I am on fertility treatment. In this month due to some hormonal imbalances, my cycle went wrong and I did not ovulate and endometrium thickness is 7mm even on day 34. I usually get my period by 28 days & it is regular. I am now taking Deviry 10mg for 5 days to induce period. Once I stop medicine how the flow of period will be? Will it normal or less as ET is 7mm? Also, does Deviry help in increasing uterine thickness?

I had C section on 10th April and I still have pain at my incision site. When I get up from bed I feel pressure and pain at the corner of incision and I also burning sensation below navel area. Is it normal and till when I can feel better?
