Pregnancy and Infertility

My mother had 16 × 29mm right lateral myometrium in uterus Doctor suggested medicines Is this normal or any kind of serious problem ?? Can it cure prmntly ??

I was taking infertility treatment. Due to covid situation no hospital treat infertility now. Every month when I don't get period my doctor will suggest to take resgestrone for 3days. My period will come and treatment will be continued on 2nd day. But for past 4months hospital doesn't allow infertility patients so i dint go to doctor. I don't know what to do now. I planning for baby almost 1year i took infertility treatment also. P. S. Urine test is negative on 2nd month itself.

Have regularly bleeding (from 27th july to today) and Sometime its heavy bleeding and somedays its just spotting, it's been one month now.

I have gained weight in last 5 months though I am still on glycomet sr 500 twice a day since so many years. I was taking birth control in between and stopped because the side effects made me feel terrible. I had withdrawal bleeding after that and since 2 months I haven't had my periods. I have gained almost 12 kg weight since Feb despite exercise and diet. I don't know what is wrong with me I want to stop glycomet sr because it is decreasing my b12 levels and may make me pre diabetic . I don't want to eat tablets anymore .

I have no symptoms of thyroid..but my thyroid report is positive. Suggest me should I take thyroid medicine or not.

The range of TSH is 8.782. It is supposed to be less than 5.5. Which type of Thyroid it is?( hypo or  hyper ) What sort of precautions should I take ?

My TSH level is 8.782.Please tell me the  effect of hypothyroidism at the time of baby planning. Can I conceive. Plz suggest me.

I have PCOS, thyroid and obesity for the last 10 years, my periods are always irregular, in 2010 I was undergoing treatment by a doctor she giving me diane-35, Glycephage-sr and thyronorm-100mg medicine for 6 months. Periods started coming regularly when I started taking medicines, but after 6-7 months I started taking homeopathic medicines, but my period was not regular even for 6-7 months, so I would eat diane-35 occasionally. Right now my weight is 82 kg and Periods is also  irregular, what should I do to help me.

Can Crina NCR tablets is good for period overdue? How much time it will take to come period after taking this medicine?

I had last periods on 2-4th August and now from 23-25 August. I am experiencing changes in my cycle . Please suggest what could be the reason. We are trying for a baby and maybe that's the reason. Also I have gained weight.
