Periods occur 2 times in the month, initially the flow is less and in the end more!! This happen from last 3 months! Please help me i am so worried!!

I have periods irregular problem. As I already take medicine for 4 months wid all hormonal testing normal and ultrasound also but still no effect aftr that btt during medication it was regular

But because of this I could not able to I didnot consult any doctors has my elder. suggested it is common for some women because of environmental change. I am taking krimson 35 from last one week. But I feel so much Nausea all the day. If I have tea coffee then it becomes even more. And as my doctor advised i need to take it for a month. Please suggest what can I do to get rid of this feeling of vomit/Nausea.
