I am not getting regular periods from starting onwards. Some time in 6months,sometime in 8months.. Sometime for 1months regularly and sometime for 15days... I have consulted with dr.and taken 1year medicine but after that problem is same. Is this. A issue??

I have been trying for 6 months with medication letoval 2.5 mg twice from 3 to 7 days and duphaston 10 mg twice from 16th to 25 th day of my cycle. But didnot conceive yet. I tested for amh which is 1.78 so my doc added ovigyn dsr further for 4 months. This the 2nd month of ovigyn treatment and i was asked to stop all other medications. My last lmp was 19 th august which stopped completely on 6 th day . Suddenly from 13 th day of my cycle i saw fresh red pink discharge very little. I was asked to take pause 500 2 tablets thrice and duphaston 10mg twice from 14 th day. The discharge was very little and after taking single dose of duphaston it stopped. Today is my 21 st day suddenly early in the morning i found a bit very small amount brownish discharge mixed with white discharge. I didnot miss duphaston. I also have eltroxin 50 mg  dailyand stamlo 5 mg twice daily. I had my prolactin high 76 which was treated with capgoline for 1 month after that 10 last month. What is the prob

16 days delay in my period. Last month date was 18th and I still haven't menstruated. My schedule is 7 hours of online work and rest is all regular chores.

I have a period cycle between 30-40 days. I have consulted gynaecologist multiple times and she told me it's not worrisome and she will get it corrected when I want to conceive. I am unmarried now and have a weight of 53 kgs. She told me to regulate my weight and keep it below 50. From past 3-4 months my periods is very irregular where I get periods once in two months. My gynaecologist suggested me to eat Metital for 3 months . I have been having Metital since last 7-8 days and from last two days I have been observing continuous spotting instead of regular periods. I am very worried since I always had a normal flow and never Spotting before this. Why is it so.. is it something to worry about. Also, this march I did an ultrasound which suggested tiny follicles arranged in periphery in my ovaries. my ovaries size were normal. My prolactin and Thyroid is normal. Can someone please help me with this
