Pregnancy and Infertility

Hello! I'm an unmarried women. Till last month I used to have periods two times a month and now 10 days have passed to my period date but I haven't got my periods yet!!! And I'm having hair fall too with acne on my face just like pre period symptoms since 10 days but haven't got my period!!! Please help me out!!!

I have taken diane 35 for 1yr acne caused by pcod ..m lean nd my bmi is 20..my acne got cleared n i stopped diane for 3 mnths..nw i cn see my acnes coming back..my periods were always consistent before taking diane and after leaving it and even on it..all my hormonal reports n sugar n thyroid wer also nrmal,jst polycystic ovaries in ultrasound..my only problem with pcod is acne..can i take restart diane for another few months as m planing to get married dis year..does diane cause long term problems ?

I have extremely low THS harmone does it mean that I have Thyroid disease? I have heard that it's not treatable and causes a lots of weight gain, is it true in my case? For reference I'm attaching relavent details from my report. Thyroid profile: T3-125 T4-8.4 TSH-0.08

I want to ask that as prescribed by one of the dr. K have taken crina ncr tablet for 2 days because my menstrual cycle is delayed , it's been more than 2.5 months . So dr suggested to take this medcne so after how many days my cycle will occur?? And it doesn't happen within those days then what can be the causes n what do to after that?

As suggested by a doctor, I have taken crina ncr  (1-1-1) for 2 days total of 6 tablet but my period hasn't occurred yet it's been 3 days. so should I take some more or wait a little longer?

I am a 27 year old unmarried female,for last 1.5 years my periods were irregular, I have consulted to gynecologist many times also done ultrasound,thyroid and prolactin test in the past and all reports were normal..my periods pattern is like for 3-4 months periods were regular after that for one month no periods..In this month also period got delayed for 10 days and very very little flow.. Also period color is dark brown..please suggest any Ayurvedic medicine which has no side effects to regularise it...

Recently done the sonography of abdomen and pelvic they hve mention pcod changes I hve attached the report of sonography even I hve consulates the gynae near by home she told there is no worry as till last month I didn't get the problem of periods coming on time but after 10days of periods I hve slight bleeding and from last month I hve lost half of my hair.. even doctor has not given any medicine I am getting normal periods cycle is any medication to be done for this pcod
