L-methylfolate and Folic Acid are same
Is L-methylfolate same as Folic Acid ? If i take 1 mg L-methylfolate, will it be equal to 1 mg Folic Acid. Can i take L-methylfolate in place of Folic Acid and vice versa ??

U can take 1mg methyl folate, which is better. Even if u take plain folic acid, 5mg, thats also fine.

L methyl folate is biologically active form of folic acid while folic acid is inactive form of folic acid
