I want to start taking folic acid which one will be best for taking before conceiving. I have thyroid from past 10 years also is it safe to conceive with this thyroid

You can choose any folic acid supplement available Preconceptionally TSH levels should be between .35 to 2.5 You can conceive if the levels are in the normal range mentioned
