Trying to get pregnant
How many months can I use ova care bfor getting pregnant thanks?I just started using it five days ago,I use it with vit e 400mg n folic acid.

As per my opinion just take folic acid 5 mg only , at least for 3 month before you try for pregnancy . And if you not conceive in next 6 month please see any fertility specialist as you are 33 yrs old
