Hello doctor, my mother is suffering from amenorrhea .She is not having menstruation from 7 months.She went to a Gynecologist who told her that she is suffering from hypothyroidism disease and that's why there is a condition like amenorrhea. She has been taking medication from almost 2 weeks. Because of hypothyroidism she is is also suffering from chronic fatigue please give me list of food materials which she can eat to combat this chronic fatigue. She feels too tired to do anything. Please help me doctor. I request you please give me list of fruits and vegetable and food materials which she can eat to combat fatigue. Please tell me that what food to avoid and what to eat during hypothyroidism. I would be grateful if you help me. Thank you.

Yesterday on 8 th Aug, I have done my hsg Test... After that little spotting was there on yesterday and today.. Is this normal.?? I Have mild cramps and also body pain. . I am taking antibiotics and other painkillers..My hsg result is normal and there are no issues... When I can contact on this month? Today is my 9 th day of my menstrual cycle.. Will Any side effects occurs after this test?

I had moderate cramping and small menstrual clots signalling my period today.But there is no blood flow and I only see these bits and pieces and clots while urinating. Is this normal on periods? I used to have atleast one day full flow before but for the past 2-3 months I am seeing only clots and no regular blood flow.when doing ultrasound last month I didn't have any issues except two simple cysts in right ovary. But this behaviour I have been observing for 3 months now.I have also been trying for IUI but couldn't do last month.please advise if this is normal or anything of a concern.Its a major cause of worry for me as am trying to conceive and afraid that this might be interfering or so.

My doctor gave me Florina-l tablet for 21 days.. because i have irregular periods some time twice in a month..so will this medicine solve my problem,.. and does it helps in pcos?? my doctor advised to take it from 3rd day of the period..

I have 5 month old baby and I am breast feeding him presently. I am having body pains and dry cough with hoarse noise from morning. Can i take honitus syrup and dolo? Is it safe while breast feeding. Pls advise
