Pregnancy and Infertility

I am having MCDA twins and during my 19th week anomaly scan there was 13% weight discordance. Fetal 1 is around 250gm and Fetal 2 is around 217gm. What is the ideal discordance? As per report no TTTS has deen detected yet. There is no structural abnormalities and their health is fine. What can I do to normalize the weight of my babies in order to reduce the weight discordance?

This is my second marriage almost 1 years ago. During my first marriage I normally have cycle length 33 days. In my second marriage it got reduced to 30 days. Today is my 2nd day of my period. The flow is less as compared to the last periods. And I am experiencing black discharge with lumps. I Am also trying to conceive. So why the black discharge occurs.

Hi doctor PFA, My gynaecologist suggested to take this scan after abortion,which is attached below for your valuable consideration. So is it mandatory to take this scan after 10 days from periods. Please help me on this, because m not interested to take this scan, Because I don't have any abdominal pain and severe bleeding. So please acknowledge. I don't want to go to hospital because of covid19 with my little daughter.

Iam mother for 19 months old kid still breastfeeding .from last month I was Suffering from high heart rate and finally I found out my Hb level was 7.8. Dr suggest to have iv iron sucrose three days and my Hb rised now after having my period again my Hb level 8.3 and suffering with vomiting sensation now and then. Iam talking iron tablet too. My 2nd day ultrasound report shown that" normal sized uterus with endometirum thickness 7.3 mm" bt my doc prescribed me letroz nd progynova nd dusphaston, bt i read that progynova treated for those who have thin endo. Thickness , does my medicine ok or not?? Should i take progynova or change my doc???

As I have irregular periods my d Gyane suggest me to take deviry 10mg 2times in a day for 5 days.. But I m suffering from Cold I take medicine for that also..is it safe to take another medicine with deviry??? Or any side effects???
