Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am a 40 year old female. Doctor I request you to kindly provide me consultation regarding my gynaecological problem. My concern is regarding my mensuration cycle which is irregular and my menses are very scanty. Ealier I was not facing this issue but it started at the age of around 25. Day by day it became more scanty. Now the condition is that I do not require even 2 sanitary pads in a day. Even my 1st one does not get fully wet even after carrying it for the entire day. It has been now around more than 10 years since this issue persists. Also I get easily frustrated even on very simple matters. I want to know whether there can is some severe issue for which I need to get any test done ? Sir/Ma'am I request you to please guide me what can be done in my situation or else suggest me any home remedy to make my menses normal and stable.

I have the record of irregular periods from the third month of menarche. After sometime it gets regular again it gets irregular and then gets back normally. Hi 3 months back when I checked my thyroid it was 6 TSH, t3 and t4 were normal then doctor told me medicines 25mg thyroxine, I am taking since then, I am also following up gluten free diett and lot of exercise, now my thyroid has come to 2.20 TSh Can I stop my 25mg thyroxine now? Attached are are thyroid reports.

Recently i got to know i really dont have severe PCOD, AMH is 4.16 and i only have irregular periods but i do have very tiny fibroid. Due to all this we are facing issues in conceiving as periods dates are not regular and unsure if i am ovulating. Should we go for ovulation induction or something else ? What could be the next step as we trying to conceive eagerly since last 8-9 months?

I have thick hair on upper lips, chin and neck and they keep growing thicker and thicker and I have thick sideburns. I generally get them removed by Threading or waxing except the side burn. Is there any treatment or some way that I can cure or reverse it I also go through heavy hairfall. Please do help!!
