Hi I just got my Intact parathyroid hormone test is 28.40 pg/ml, is it normal to have this much, please confirm?

Iam having breast pain for 2 days it is worsen when iam lying on right side my left breastis more pain ful than right some times inflammation also occurs i have a small lump in my left brest for years when i visited a doctor she said that it is harm less but why it's painful and i didn't get my periods for 2 months

Early periods and i cant control my pee I m going in secs...Nd from morning blood flow was mild and now in evening time there is very little mean like No blood...its happing since last night...
