Hello doc ... I'm a lactating mother of a 5 months old baby... I'm having gas pain alin upper abdomen and upper back... Can I have medigas to get relief from gas pain? Is it safe to consume during breastfeeding? Please help with this! Thanks in advance.

After postpartum BP is 142 / 94. Took labebet 100 then check after half an hour but it shows same value.. please assist what needs to be done.. today is fourth day after postpartum

I have to blood HCG test on 12th April 6pm. HCG level is 586mIU/ml. And today April 15th morning 10am my beta HCG level is 2417.2mIU/ml. Is this normal or the HCG level is increasing more than expected?

Hi dr Today is my 12th day and in scan found below Right ovary Dominant follicle 18.8 17.3 13 12 Left ovary 22 16.6 15.8 Can i go iui this cycle ? I am worried why these many dominant follicles. I have taken letrozole and follosurge injections on 3/5/7 the day of the period Pls suggest me

Day 16 : right ovary follicle size is 22 * 17.5 mm and left ovary follicle 14* 10 ET thickness : 7.2 mm . Got hcg injection . Is my report normal to conceive this cycle ?

My mother has intramural myoma of 10mmx5mm in fundus. Is this big in size? Does this require surgery? The gynaecologist I'm consulting has prescribed medicines for the same and suggested that surgery is not required. Secondly, the Urine routine test had earlier showed traces of protein (10mg/dL ) initially. Is this sign of problems in Kidney?
