Pregnancy and Infertility

In first 2 cycles of ovulation induction after taking Leterozole 2.5mg for 5 days, I ovulated. As did not conceive, period came on time. But in 3rd final cycle, I did not ovulate even though after taking Leterozole. Hence, did not get period. I am on Deviry 10mg tablet to get my period. Why this happened for 3rd cycle? And after resetting this cycle by taking Deviry, will this happen from next cycle as well? Or sometime this period issue happens due to hormonal pill and does not last for longer and be like affecting only 1 cycle?

In my ovulation induction for first 2 cycles I ovulated on day 12 after taking Letrozole 2.5mg. But in 3rd cycle I did not ovulate after taking Leterozole, hence it disturbed my period. Why Letrozole suddenly did not work for 1 cycle? Is this sometime happen & considered to be normal?

Irregular periods, abdomen pain, lower back pain, weakness, nausea, upset stomach. Acne breakouts. I have been experiencing all of this. Like periods would occur once in 3-4 months and at times twice a month.

Is there any medication to increase breast milk? My baby is crying after feeding also..she is not sleeping..I do not know if breast milk is sufficient for my baby or not?

Hi doc, i had normal delivery on Jan 8th 2024. 2 days back I had severe back pain and saw a small blood streak in thick white discharge and today also I saw a small streak of blood in clear white discharge both only while passing urine i found.. I am breast feeding mom. Is this a period or something to worry. I have not got periods yet. Please advise
