After egg rupture doctor has given me progesterone susten 200 tablets for 17 days but I'm not sure if I'm supposed to take one or two tablets at night . Attached prescription for reference

My sister's period due date was 13 Apr and she didn't get the periods yet, we have some very imp religious trip outside India from 23 Apr till 10 May and its very imp that she dnt get period during that, 2 doctors prescribed different tablet doc 1 Femilon till 21 days after dinner and Doc 2 Promulet tab for 3 weeks..Can you please advise which one is safest considering her age and weight 43 kg and also that can help avoiding period. Note - She always get period delay 7-15 days hardly on time and last month she got her period 2 months late..

Hi - I am 4 months postpartum. Have been exclusively breastfeeding in the baby. On and off I over react to situations and get depressed and cry. Yesterday for no reason I did get very anxious followed by extreme sadness through the day. Today I feel better but after yesterday my appetite has suddenly reduced quite a bit. Any suggestions?
