Hello Doctor, Based on my attached double marker report, should I be going for NIPT investigation as my age is 31. Please advise TIA

My double marker report is positive for trisomy 21 shall i go for NIPT or amniocentesis im afraid of amniocentesis

In follicular monitoring on day 13 no dominant follicular was seen in both ovaries what does that mean

26F, i got an abortion (5weeks) on 18th march with mefi followed by 20th march 4 dose of miso bleeding was normal with clots. on 9th april i got an ultrasound and a minimal rpoc 7.8x5.9 with Normal ET 8.6mm. the doc suggested me i can wait till next period and other doc suggested me for medication and d&c, i do not want d&c. the doctor who did my ultrasound told me i will have my periods after 2 weeks. shall i wait for next periods. i do not have any infection as doctor told me my ovaries and uterus is fine and healthy and i do not have any symptoms or fever. what should be the bext step... also can i take miso so that i get my periods? for reference i do not have any history of health issue or precious prwgnancy

Hi dr, in March my periods were delayed by 8 days on 7th day I did sonography and on 8th day I got my periods naturally. Could you please see the scans and tell is sonography normal???

In first 2 cycles of ovulation induction after taking Leterozole 2.5mg for 5 days, I ovulated. As did not conceive, period came on time. But in 3rd final cycle, I did not ovulate even though after taking Leterozole. Hence, did not get period. I am on Deviry 10mg tablet to get my period. Why this happened for 3rd cycle? And after resetting this cycle by taking Deviry, will this happen from next cycle as well? Or sometime this period issue happens due to hormonal pill and does not last for longer and be like affecting only 1 cycle?

In my ovulation induction for first 2 cycles I ovulated on day 12 after taking Letrozole 2.5mg. But in 3rd cycle I did not ovulate after taking Leterozole, hence it disturbed my period. Why Letrozole suddenly did not work for 1 cycle? Is this sometime happen & considered to be normal?
