As I have my period cycle Every 40 days, since 2 years but I am having heavy clots during bleeding. I consulted the doctor today, she prescribed me meprate 10 mg BD . She asked me to take for 7 days Last menstrual period starts from 6/4/24 to 13/4/24. When should I start to take this medicine ?

Before FET I was told to use Ovral L for 21 days and lupron 3.75 depo on day 2 of cycle. Then on 27 th day periods came . Same for next month. I was on ovral and lupron for months. Periods came both months and now before FET procedure I am called on day 2. All three months periods were heavy not at all light. I need to know that my periods came with heavy flow then what was benefit of ovral L and lupron for endometriosis.

My pus cells are 227/hpf and rbc 69.5/hpf My sq. Epithelial cells are 17.7/hpf Rest everything is normal. I had been given urispas tab and citralka syrup before test. Do I need more medication? Is my infection severe?
