Need an iron tonic!
I am a 19 year old teenager who needs some iron supplement or some iron tonic not in form of tablets but in form of syrup! Also I'm very regular with my periods. They always come in time. I have it for 5 days but since few months blood flow has less and turned a little brown and the duration has become only for 4 days. what I'm thinking is as I'm living in hostel and my fruit diet has dropped I think I have not eaten any kind of fruit since a month so my periods didn't came  this month. This is the first time since 2 years! I really need an iron tonic syrup will that help in getting my periods as eating warm food has also stopped because of hot weather.

Iron syrup may not really help your situation, it’s prescribed when one has anemia. Consult for a detailed evaluation.
