I have normal delivery. I was taking iron and calcium supplements for 40 days then I stopped it. Should I continue after gap of month? Or should I discontinue?
Please guide. Also tell me what's the effect of 1 month gap?

You should take Iron, Calcium and Folic acid for 6 months after delivery. If you are breastfeeding your baby then you should continue these medicines as long as the baby is being breastfed and three months after that.
