Calcium and iron tablets after delivery
Hello I got delivered end of February. How long should I need to take Calcium and iron tablets. Im breast feeding my baby these days. I feel tired weak and sometime giddiness.

Continue iron and calcium supplements till you are feeding your baby Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day till you are feeding your baby

Hi. Please take calcium tab till you breast feed the baby . Iron tab till 6 months post delivery . Pleade chek your Hb .

U shd continue calcium during lactation . Also take vit d3 once a week. Mother horlicks with milk.
