No... It's not matter of safty.. But both drug will not absorb properly and no use of taking it.. So at least keep gap of 4-5hrs

No if you will take at a time no absorption of any medicine so iron tablet in night after dinner and calcium after lunch.For absorption of iron protein and vitamin c is needed.
