Better to keep a gap of at least 2 hours between them. Magnesium reduces iron absorption if taken together at the same time. Take Livogen first after dinner, then take MGD3 around bedtime. Taking iron with a small glass of lemon water or orange juice also improves its absorption.
Next Steps
Take Livogen after dinner with lemon water, then MGD3 at bedtime with a 2-hour gap. Avoid taking both together. Consult me on Practo for more pregnancy nutrition queries.
They can be taken together but ideally the best absoption of iron is 30-60 mins before a meal and magnesium works best when taking in evening or night. However, no contraindications to both being taken together.
