What is the correct way of taking iron and calcium during pregnancy? How many hours Before or after food?

Atleast 2 hours after food and both iron , calcium should never be taken together as they interfere with each other absorption

Hi. You should take iron supplements an hour or two before your meals, calcium supplements (calcium carbonate) should be taken with meals. Never take iron & calcium together.

1. Take iron tablet at 11 am with a glass of orange juice 2. Take Calcium Tablet at 4 pm 1 hour before evening tea
