Can we have iron tablets during pregnancy
I have recently conceived at age of 25 years. I have been told that I will have to take iron tablets throughout my pregnancy. I am not sure whether it is safe to take iron tablets during pregnancy? One should not take medicines during pregnancy, right? will iron supplements can cause any harm?

Yes they have to take after 3 months of pregnancy.
Otherwise you will suffer from anaemia
