My wife had a D & C two weeks back and it went all fine and all the bleeding pain stopped 6 days ago. But now again bleeding started what can be the problem or is it common. Do we need to worry

We have been trying to conceive since 2 months. I learnt that my cycle is 23-26 days. And the OPK detected that I ovulate around CD15 or CD16, which means my luteal phase is around 8-9 days. Is this considered to be short and will it create problem in conceiving? Please suggest.

My mother conducted a Pap smear report that shows PAP stained smear from the cervical scraping shows adequate satisfactory smear composed of plenty of intermediate cells and squamous metaplastic cells with mild nucleomegaly and mixed inflammatory infiltrates. This features are suggestive of secretary phase pattern with mild inflammation. Please suggest is it serious. She is also suffering from high thyroid.
