Pregnancy and Infertility

Respected Doctor, I have two children and it's been four years since my first delivery and the first episiotomy was on the right side near the anus and came out like a small cut almost like a pit.It took a long time to change and it must have taken year.There is still a small wound there and it hurts when touched. When I consulted the doctor, he said that there is no problem with that wound, but there is tension.I have seen two gynecologists and a surgeon and they looked at the wound and said there is no problem but don't stress about it but sometimes it feels like blood is coming out.It's almost like a mustard seed but the blood comes out every now and then, not always, but when pressed it bleeds..How does that one small wound change and is there any problem with the wound being there?

During fertility treatment if for 1 month period does not come and if we induce period by taking medicine then is that fine? Or it is a problem? If it happens for 1 cycle then will it happen from next cycle as well? Or sometime it happens for 1 cycle?

In my last cycle of ovulation induction, I am yet to get period. I had done HPT on day 16 of ovulation, but is negative. What to do now? Today is day 19. Shall I take medicine to trigger period?

I have stopped my bc pills(yamini) from 10th day of cycle due to severe side effects (chest pain, swelling in leg ) .After 6 days of stopping the pills, I am having little brown discharge only but not bleeding. Please suggest what it is ?
