Which speciality of doctor should I consult if I have harmone imbalance (low estrogen, LH...etc) and I have not got my periods at all? Should I consult a Gynaecologist or an Endocrinologist?

I have a 9 year old and want another child. I have pcos. I have degenerative disc problems so due to backpain i cant exercise and movement is restricted. My weight is 115 kg. I am 36 years old and have history of pcos. I have a 9 year old child born through c section. Sometimes i get regular periods but sometimes they are heavy and i am currently on regestrone for it. How to stop regestrone and have regular periods? I want to conceive and dr suggested ovacet, can this be taken with regestrone? Pleased help.. thanks

Hi , My scan reports shows that I have hydrosalpinx on my left,it is 6cm long..and there is a swelling ... Doctor told to remove the whole left side tube. Is there any possibility to retain it.

I have gone through HSG TEST today , after the test around 4 to 5 hours later I got 101 fever and headache too, my upper abdomen is also paining . Could you please suggest the reason ? Is it infection or allergy or it's normal ?
