Good evening dr. I have an issue of delayed periods.can you please suggest home remedies for immediate response. Actually i have exams and my period was delayed. So i want the periods to be early.please help

Hello.. Since 22nd oct my period has started.. But my date is 10th  and it's ended on 13th october but again it's stated on 22nd (onlySpot). Also I am having little throat pain like pressing. So I gone for my Thyroid full profile test.. I am already taking thyroid pills 25 mcg thyronorm. I am attaching here my reports Please tell me what should I do.

Does taking inositol for pcos early cause resistance to it in future. Iam 23 yrs old i have pcos and i want to regularise my periods. Can i take inositol now.? If i take it,will i become resistant to it in future? Please give ur opinion
