Running 27th week, and moderate to serve pain at groin position of both side, is this round ligament pain? How to treat?

I m 7month 18days pragnent, according to USG report single fetus with vertex presentation, cephalic index is within normal limit, placenta is on anterior wall and showing grade III maturity, internal OS is closed.amniotic fluid index is 122mm,fetal rate is 142/mt and fetal age is 32weeks 6days and weight is 1875gram+/-20. I m worried for placenta maturity grade lll, at 32weeks of pragnancy. Doc is planning fr steroid in 34week. Is steroid may any side effect on my baby or me. Plz ans I m worried.

My period has not stop past 1 month, it's not heavy bleeding or any cramps caused by it. Just the flow has not stoped.

Why is there clear sticky discharge mixed with blood since 3 days? Started with thick dry mucus like brownish discharge on first day now it is like threads of clear sticky discharge with blood, had severe backache and tiredness on 2nd day. My period is due in 2 weeks. Had taken Meprate 5 day course last month and got but heavier than usual periods a week after the course completion. I missed periods a month before that for first time. TSH was normal, prolactin was 50, blood glucose was normal. Had changed lifestyle since past 2-3 weeks with rigorous exercise and healthy diet. Is this normal? Is this due to lifestyle change or hormonal issue? Is there a need to worry? Please help
