I have headache and missed period and slight pain in lower right abdomen  ...is there anything to worry??...what medication should I take

Yesterday hsg test was done to me Today after I got fever...is it normal to get fever after hsg.i found bilateral hydrosalpinx.

I am having my periods twice in a month. In the month of Jun then ,august and in oct  also same thing is happening.

Respected Sir/Madam As my periods have been started since 4rm 26th of dis month it to b started on 4th of December and i m hypertension and diabetic 2 months back i did my scan the report was diagnosed as fibroids present but dis month my mensus started early the bleeding was not very heavy since 4rm yesterday i.e 30th i m having heavy bleeding kindly suggest as 2day is my 6th day.

I got abnormal bleeding problem and with suggestion from gynecologists here, used meprate tablets for 21 days and stopped. Later in 2 days I got period and not stopped even after 6 days then I used meprate 10mg tablets for next 21 days (2 per day for 7 days and 1 per day for 14 days). Later I didn't get my period after stopping meprate. It's been 2 months and I still didn't get my period. Please suggest me. After testing I got to know that I have pcos problem. What should I do now? I am attaching report. I have hypothyroidism.

Hello, I am 32 years female. It has been 5 days since I missed my period. Please suggest if it's right time to undergo home pragnancy test or shall I wait for few more days? Ideally, after how many days of missing period home test should be done to get most accurate result? Please advise
